DAVID I. YOUNAN

David Younan is a founding and managing partner of Younan Law Group. David graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1996, and practiced law at a prominent full service law firm in downtown Toronto, gaining in-depth transactional and litigation experience in Real Estate and Corporate/Commercial law.

David has a successful, diverse, and lengthy history of business management outside the practice of law, sitting on the board of various companies, where he provides both business acumen and legal insight, assisting in the strategic and analytical diversity of each business.

With two decades of legal experience, David is able to provide you practical, creative and expert legal advice and services, incorporating a logical and strategic approach for your real estate, corporate/commercial and litigation needs. David has dealt with a variety of clients, stemming from start-up companies to multi-million dollar entities.
