VINCE CASIERO

Vince obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from York University, graduating with distinction, and was awarded the prestigious Blake, Cassels and Graydon Entrance Scholarship to Osgoode Hall Law School.

Vince commenced legal practice at a prominent large full-service downtown Toronto law firm. Thereafter, he served as senior counsel for the leading securities regulator in the country responsible for the enforcement of Ontario’s securities and commodity futures laws.

Vince has considerable experience in a number of areas of business law, including corporate finance and securities, and mergers and acquisitions. He has provided legal services to private and exchange-listed corporations, including financial institutions, investment funds and real estate investment trusts, on a wide array of complex corporate transactions. Further, Vince has dealt with transactional and litigation issues on various matters of corporate, commercial, securities, and regulatory law.
